Welcome To The Auction!
All proceeds raised will be used by Babywearing International of Cleveland to acquire the carriers and items used to support our events and programs. BWI of Cleveland is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization.
Winning Bidder Payment Information
**INVOICES WILL GO OUT SUNDAY, MAY 15 (where shipping/pick-up can be arranged)!! THANKS FOR BIDDING!**
Winning bidders will be contacted after the end of the auction to make arrangements for payment and pickup/delivery of their items.

- Online payment via PayPal (A PayPal account is not required. Major credit cards acepted)
Items not paid for by Friday, May 20 at noon will be forfeited.
Winning Bidder Item Pickup/Shipping
Items not picked up by Monday, June 6th at noon will be forfeited. No refunds will be made; payment made will be considered a donation to Babywearing International of Cleveland (a receipt for tax purposes can be provided).
Arrangements can be made to pick up at a May/June meeting. Shipping may require an additional fee.

By bidding in BWI of Cleveland’s auction, each bidder agrees to these auction rules.

All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds. All items are “as is.” BWI of Cleveland has attempted to describe items correctly, but neither warrants nor represents and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance or condition of the items. No statement made in item listings, or made orally at the auction or elsewhere, shall be deemed such a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability.

The auction item value listed is an estimate of fair market value. Items have not been appraised. The amount you pay above this fair market value estimate is normally tax deductible as a charitable contribution. Please consult your tax adviser to clarify amount of deduction.

Payment for items purchased must be made in full at the completion of the auction. BWI of Cleveland accepts cash, credit and debit cards, PayPal, or a check made payable to BWI of Cleveland.

Following payments, you may pick up your purchases at the agreed upon location, or have them shipped for an additional fee. You must show your paid receipt for items to be picked up.

The purchaser must pick up all items by Monday, June 6, 2016 at noon, unless special arrangements are made. Any item left unclaimed, without prior arrangements, will be sold and proceeds will go to BWI of Cleveland.

Each person bidding assumes all risks and hazards related to the auction and items obtained at the auction. Each bidder agrees to hold harmless from any liability arising indirectly from BWI of Cleveland, their elected and appointed officials, members and employees, the auctioneer(s), the auction company and its agents and employees, the event organizers, sponsors, and/or volunteers connected with the auction.
General Auction Information
- The time on this server will be used to determine the start and end times of the auction. This time may be off from your local time. Refer to the approximate time in the right hand side of this page.
- When the auction closes, all bidders will receive an e-mail regarding the status of the items they have bid on.
- The highest bid placed on an item, by auction close, is the winner. There can only be one winner per auction item. The auction administrator (group hosting the auction) agrees to sell the item to the highest bidder.
- You must register an account in order to place bids. Click Register on the upper right hand side of this page in the login area. Once you have registered, a confirmation/activation will be emailed to you. You must click on the link in the email message to complete the registration process. If you haven't received your confirmation email, please check your "junk mail" or "spam" folder as it may have gone there. You can also re-request the confirmation email. The link for resending the activation code can be found in the login area.

The items up for bids in this auction are listed by the group raising the funds. eFlea is not responsible for the accuracy of the item listings. Please Note that all bids are final. By placing a bid on an item you are agreeing to a contract. You will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller in the event that you are the highest bidder at the time the auction closes. You are responsible for reading the full item listing, and understanding the above instructions and accepted payment methods. The Seller (auction administrator) assumes all responsibility for listing these items. The bidder's source IP address is logged for all bid transactions. Persons placing fraudulent bids may be prosecuted in a court of law.
